You submit the free audit form on this site. I personally review your Google Business Profile, check your competitor review count, and prepare a short Loom video with exactly what's leaking and how to fix it.

A quick call — no fluff. We cover your business name, phone number, reply tone, and I walk you through call forwarding setup (takes 2 minutes on your phone). This is the only time I need you hands-on.

You dial a short code on your phone: **61*[forwarding number]#. That's it. Calls still ring on your phone. If unanswered after 4 rings, the system fires the SMS.

HOW THE SMS
ACTUALLY WORKS.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We use conditional call forwarding — a built-in feature on every carrier. Your calls ring on your phone exactly as now. If you don't pick up after 4 rings, the system texts the missed caller from your business line.
What carrier does the SMS come from?
We use a dedicated local phone number registered to your business through Twilio (A2P 10DLC compliant). Your texts come from a real local number — not a 5-digit shortcode that looks spammy. Delivery rates are 95%+.
Is this legal? What about spam laws?
Yes — 100% compliant. The missed call SMS is a response to an inbound call, which is not unsolicited under TCPA. The review request is sent only to customers you've personally served. We're A2P 10DLC registered — the FCC-required standard for business SMS in the US.
What if a customer replies to the SMS?
Their reply comes to you — forwarded to your personal number as a text. You respond naturally from your phone. From the customer's perspective, they're texting with you directly.
What does the private feedback form look like?
A simple mobile-friendly form: "We're sorry to hear that. Tell us what happened — the owner reads every message." You get an instant SMS + email alert. No one outside your business sees it.
What if Google changes something?
The review link format is maintained by me. If Google updates their URL structure, I update the system. You'll never need to do anything — it's covered under your monthly retainer.
